Privacy Policy

Tuscan Grove is committed to protecting your online privacy when visiting our website. We do not share or sell any of your information and use the latest technologies to protect you! As such, we use a secure online ordering system that encrypts your credit card number during transmission and regularly destroy credit card records.

Product Availability

We are committed to making your shopping experience a pleasant one and strive to keep all items in stock. However, due to high demand and raw material availability, some products may occassionally be out of stock. Please note that we cannot guarantee availability of the items placed in your shopping cart until the checkout process has been successfully completed and the purchase is finalized. In the rare event that an item purchased is not in stock, we will contact you immediately to resolve the issue.

Return Policy

We are very proud of our products and believe that they are among the best hand-dyed items in the market. However, if for any reason you are unsatisfied, you are welcome to return our products for store credit. Just notify us via email no more than 14 days after your items ship and we will issue you a return authorization number along with directions on shipping the item back to us. Original shipping costs will not be refunded and we do not pay for return shipping. Please consider insuring any shipments back to us, as we will only issue credit for those items that actually arrive back and are undamaged. We will send you an email with information on your credit once we have received and processed the returned item. Credit will not be issued if the returned product is not in its original condition or altered in any way. Tuscan Grove patterns and publications are not returnable.

Cancelation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order for any reason, please email us as soon as possible. If your order has not already been processed and shipped, we will gladly refund your money. In many cases, we ship orders very quickly, so be sure and let us know promptly of your decision to cancel!

Shipping Policy

We currently ship throughout the United States and its territories. Yarn will be shipped to you in the skein format unless otherwise specified in the comment section of your order. Once your order is received and payment is verified, we will ship your items within 3 business days. However, in many cases, orders ship sooner. All shipments are made via USPS Priority Mail. If you prefer another shipment method, please email us as soon as possible and we will research the additional cost. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you via email. If for any reason shipment of your order is delayed, we will contact you via email.

Quality Assurance

Simply put, we take every measure possible to provide you the best quality hand-dyed yarn and roving possible! Our processes are done by hand with great care in order to ensure the highest level of quality.

• Knots:
  
  Unfortunately, knots in yarn are simply unavoidable, as they are part of the raw material manufacturing process. Before well sell any Tuscan Grove skein of yarn, we thoroughly hand inspect it to ensure that there are no more than two knots. If we do encounter a skein with two knots, we try to include extra yardage to compensate for the knot. Any skein with more than two knots are not sold. However, as the inspection process is done by hand, it is not infallible. If you are unsatisfied with your Tuscan Grove purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  
  
• Dyes:
  
  Since we take extra steps and care in our creation process to set, dye, and wash the materials, Tuscan Grove products are colorfast when washed correctly. It is true, however, that some colors (mainly red, bright yellow, and turquoise) may show a small amount of tint in the water the first few times that your project is washed. If you are unsatisfied with your Tuscan Grove purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us.
  
  
• Color Representation:
  
  Our Tuscan Grove product pictures represent the colors as they appear in daylight as closely as possible. As in nature, hand dyed colors include a rich variety of subtle highlights and shades that we have tried our best to capture. However, as you can imagine, all computer monitors show colors differently depending on the settings you have chosen. You may wish to adjust your computer "properties" to allow "Medium Color 16-Bit", which will display 1600 colors and allow for more realistic color representation.
